The overall renaissance of any State or people, in accordance with the common concept of political literature, is the basis for social, political and economic transformation based on the intellectual and cultural development of the development of the nation and the well-being of the people. In this sense, the revival of enlightenment and the political mind that is capable of achieving it, along with the need for the moral capacity of politicians and political entities, is not appropriate.
Since the building of homes and the promotion of peoples and their attainment of the horizon of real renaissance requires enormous efforts, the realization of this renaissance is not easy and the path to it is not encrypted with the flowers, but with the enormity of pedestrians, thorns and excavations, so the rise requires intellectual and cultural struggle to create a fertile environment for them.
Based on these key features of renaissance, in the final analysis, it is a major development challenge, by its nature and its long-distance process, so the developed countries leading the current international civilization landscape have only reached its appearance through unique minds and different phase men, whose nationalism, morality, inspiration and determination to build their homelessness through productive political systems.
Accordingly, those States that have been supervising a renaissance fact have recognized that the achievement of renaissance is not based on the Utopian theorization as purely adopted and necessary to target the vision to achieve a genuine renaissance with positive effects on the ground.
و تأسيسا على ما سبق فان من المنطقي ان تحتاج النهضة الى عقود بل و ربما قرون من الزمان تتراوح بين قرن الى قرنين، كما حدث في بعض الدول الأوروبية. و تمثل اوروبا، من خلال تاريخها الطويل في مواجهة واقعها الذي كان موسوما بالتخلف و غارقا في التيه و الظلام، تمثل الأنموذح الناصع لقهر التخلف و احداث اختراقات كبيرة في سبيل استشراف النهضة التي حققت التطور الحضاري المادي الذي تعيش في ظله البشرية حاليا، بعد اندياحه على كل أنحاء المعمورة. و قد أنتج هذا التطور ثورة الاتصال و التقنية الحديثة التي نقلت البشرية الى افاق التطور و النهضة غير المسبوقة.
