الخرطوم – 29 أكتوبر 2025 – يدين منتدى الإعلام السوداني (SMF) بشدة العنف المتصاعد والوحشي الذي ترتكبه (قوات الدعم السريع) ضد المدنيين في جميع أنحاء السودان، لا سيما في مدينة الفاشر المحاصرة.
ولأكثر من 18 شهرا، ظل مئات الآلاف من المدنيين في المدينة والمناطق المحيطة بها محاصرين بشدة من قبل قوات الدعم السريع، حيث يساهم سوء التغذية والمرض والعنف اليومي في حصد حياة الأبرياء.
يشعر (منتدى الإعلام السوداني) بالقلق إزاء التقارير الموثوقة والمتدفقة التي تفصل في جرائم الحرب والانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان. ووفقا للأمم المتحدة، قُتل ما لا يقل عن 1350 مدنيا في الفاشر، وتعتقد الأمم المتحدة أن العدد “تمثيل ناقص للعدد الحقيقي”، وذلك بسبب انقطاع الاتصالات وتحديات الوصول إلى هناك.
تُظهر هذه الأفعال، بما فيها عمليات الإعدام الإيجازية، والقتل بدوافع إثنية، والعنف الجنسي واسع النطاق، والاستهداف المتعمد للبنية التحتية المدنية، ازدراء كاملا للقانون الدولي والكرامة الإنسانية. تتطلب الطبيعة الممنهجة لهذه الفظائع استجابة دولية عاجلة وقوية، بما في ذلك التحقيق المستقل الشامل لضمان مساءلة جميع الجناة.
نداء عاجل للوصول الإنساني دون عوائق
يشدد منتدى الإعلام السوداني على أن العرقلة المتعمدة للمساعدات تعد سلاحا قاسيا في الحرب، مما يزيد من معاناة الملايين. مع تأكيد الأمم المتحدة أن الوصول إلى الفاشر لا يزال محظورا والقدرة الإنسانية تتقلص مع تصاعد الاحتياجات، نطالب بالفتح الفوري وغير المشروط للوصول الإنساني الآمن وغير المعوق إلى جميع المدن والمناطق المتأثرة بالنزاع.
يواجه السكان المدنيون، وخاصة أولئك المحاصرين، مستويات كارثية من الجوع والمرض والتهجير.
يجب على قوات الدعم السريع:
– وقف جميع الهجمات على المدنيين والمرافق الطبية والعاملين في المجال الإنساني
– ضمان المرور الآمن لقوافل المساعدات والعاملين في المجال الإنساني إلى جميع المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرتهم
– إزالة جميع الحواجز البيروقراطية والمادية التي تعوق تسليم الغذاء والدواء والمأوى المنقذة للحياة.
يتعين على المجتمع الدولي ممارسة أقصى ضغط لضمان تلبية هذه المطالب. فحياة ملايين المدنيين السودانيين تعتمد على ذلك.
SMF Condemns RSF Atrocities in El Fasher, Demands Immediate Humanitarian Access
KHARTOUM – October 29, 2025 – The Sudan Media Forum (SMF) strongly condemns the escalating and brutal violence committed by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) against civilians across Sudan, particularly in the besieged city of El Fasher. For over eighteen months, hundreds of thousands of civilians in the city and its surroundings have been trapped under a tightening RSF siege, where malnutrition, disease, and daily violence claim innocent lives.
The SMF is alarmed by credible and persistent reports detailing war crimes and grave human rights violations. According to the United Nations, at least 1,350 civilians have been killed in El Fasher, a figure the UN believes is a significant “under-representation of the real number” due to communication blackouts and access challenges. These alleged acts—including summary executions, ethnically motivated killings, widespread sexual violence, and the deliberate targeting of civilian infrastructure—demonstrate a complete disregard for international law and human dignity. The systematic nature of these atrocities demands an urgent and robust international response, including a thorough, independent investigation to ensure accountability for all perpetrators.
Urgent Call for Unhindered Humanitarian Access
The SMF stresses that the deliberate obstruction of aid is a cruel weapon of war, compounding the suffering of millions. With the United Nations confirming that access to El Fasher remains blocked and humanitarian capacity is shrinking as needs soar, we demand the immediate and unconditional opening of safe and unhindered humanitarian access to all towns and areas affected by the conflict.
The civilian population, especially those trapped under siege, faces catastrophic levels of hunger, disease, and displacement. The RSF must:
• Cease all attacks on civilians, medical facilities, and humanitarian workers.
• Guarantee safe passage for aid convoys and humanitarian personnel into and throughout all areas under their control.
• Remove all bureaucratic and physical barriers that impede the delivery of life-saving food, medicine, and shelter.
The international community must exert maximum pressure to ensure these demands are met. The lives of millions of Sudanese civilians depend on it.
