تم الاحتفال فى يوم 21 يناير 2014 بحضور عدد 50 ضيف سوداني وعدد من المنظمات الدولية لافتتاح مكتب التعاون الالماني بالخرطوم. يخص مكتب التعاون الالماني بالشكر و بالتكريم من بين الحضور السيد/ وكيل وزارة الخارجية السفير رحمة الله محمد عثمان والسفير سراج الدين حامد والسفير الهام ابراهيم والسفير السابق بسفارة السودان بالمانية السفير بهاء حنفي و السيد/ عمر هجام المدير العام للتعاون الدولي بوزارة المالية والسفير الالماني السيد رولف فيلبرتس والمدير العام للتعون الالماني بافريقيا السيد بروكس اندرياس.
مكتب التعاون الالماني الان في الخرطوم العمارات ش 59 منزل رقم 24 مربع 11.
التعاون الالمانى وكالة المانيه لتنمية الانماء الدولي وهي الممول الرئسي للتنمية المستدامه تأسست عبراندماج منظمة خدمات التنميه الالمانيه ومنظمة جى تى زت وانفنت.
بدأ التعاون الالمانى ممارسة نشاطه فى السودان فى سبتمبر عام 2013 باعتباره خليفة لمنظمة خدمات التنميه الالمانيه دى اى دى
منظمة خدمات التنميه الالمانيه دعمت مشروع تنمية القدرات فى السودان منذعام 1972. واحد النجاحات الباهرة لمنظمة خدمات التنميه الالمانيه هو انشاء و تأسيس مراكز التدريب المهنى فى كل من الخرطوم, مدنى و نيالا.
جى اى زت بدأت عملها فى عدد من المشاريع ودلك في اطار التعاون الثنائي الالماني السوداني متمثل في ,
1. تنمية المجتمع فى ولاية الخرطوم:
بتمويل من وزارة الخارجية الفدرالية يقوم التعاون الالمانى بدعم تنمية القدرات لمنظمات المجتمع المدنى فى ولاية الخرطوم ودلك بالشراكة اللصيقة وايضا بدعم وزارة المالية.
التعاون الالمانى شرع فى التعاون مع المنظمات الطوعية ومنظمات المجتمع المدنى التي تعمل فى قطاع التعليم.
التعاون الالمانى يهدف الى تقوية مجالس اولياء الامور والاساتذة في عدة مدارس بالخرطوم بهدف تنمية المجتمع. لهذا الغرض جى اى زت افرطت بالتعاون من المنظمات الطوعية في التدريب التقتني والاداري لمجالس اولياء الامور والاساتذة. وزارة التعليم الولائيه تدعم بقوة وكالة جى اى زت في هدا المجال.
2. بناء القدرات للمنظمات الطوعية:
بالتعاون الوثيق مع وزاة المالية جى اى زت تقوم الان بالتخطيط لارسال بعثات دراسية الى العاصمة الالمانية برلين, لأعضاء المنظمات الطوعية لغرض اخذ دورات تدريبية في بناء القدرات. تقوم جى اى زت بالتعاون مع معهد جوته السودان بالتحضير لدورات تدريبية في بناء القدرات لمنظمات المجتمع المدني مع التركيز علي قضايا البيئة فى الخرطوم.كما تم وضع التخطيط لعقد ورش عمل بهدا الخصوص .
3. الامن الحيوي ومراقبة المخاطر الصحية:
بقيادة وزارة خارجية المانيا الاتحاديه, يقوم التعاون الالمانى ايضا ببعثه استكشافيه بهدف تأسيس شراكه سودانيه المانيه فى مجال الامن الحيوي. البعثة تتكون من خبراء من وزارة الخارجيه الالمانية الاتحاديه ومعهد روبرت كوخ والتعاون الالمانى.
4. الدعم ا الالماني لاستراتيجيه التنمية في دارفور:
من ناحية اخري يقوم التعاون الالمانى بمواصلة ثقييم مشروع فى دارفور, بتنفيذ التعهدات الالمانية لدعم استراتيجية التنميه بدارفور. هنالك بعثة استكشافيه زارت الخرطوم في ديسمبر 2013 والان يتم التخطيط لبعثات لدارفور.

GIZ Office in Khartoum opened
Deutsche GesellschaftfürInternationaleZusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH celebrated the opening of the GIZ Office in Khartoum on 21stJanuary 2014 in the presence of 50 Sudanese and international guests. GIZ was particularly honoured to have amongst the guests the Undersecretary Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Rahamtalla Mohammed Osman, Ambassador Mr.Sirajieldeen Hamid, Ambassador Ms. Ilham Ibrahim, the former Ambassador of Sudan to Germany Mr. Baha Hanafi, General Director Ministry of Finance Mr. OmerHajam, Ambassador of Germany Mr. Rolf Welberts and the GIZ Director General Africa Department Mr.Andreas Proksch.
The GIZ Office is now opened at House No. (24), Block No. (11), Street 59, Amarat Town, Khartoum.
GIZ is the German agency for international development co-operation and a leadingprovider of international cooperation services for sustainable development. It was founded through a merger of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ), Deutscher Entwicklungsdienst (DED) and InWent (Capacity Building International). In Sudan, GIZ has taken up its work in September 2013 as the successor of the German development organization DED. DEDhad been providing capacity development in Sudan since 1972. One of the remarkable successes of DED was the establishment of the Vocational Training Centres in Khartoum, Medani and Nyala.
GIZ has already started to work on a number of projects of bilateral German-Sudanese development co-operation:
1. Community Development in the State of Khartoum:
Funded by the German Federal Foreign Officeand in close partnership and with the support of the Sudanese Ministry of Finance, GIZprovides capacity development for civil society organisationsin the state of Khartoum. GIZ has commenced its cooperation with NGOs and civil society organisations working in the education sector.GIZaims at strengthening Parents’ and Teacher’s Associations in several schools of Khartoumand thereby aims at community development.For this purpose, GIZ has engaged with NGOs to conduct trainings on technical and administrative capacity development for Parents’ and Teachers’ Associations. The State Ministry of Education is strongly supporting GIZ.
2. Capacity Building for NGOs:
In close cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, GIZ is currently further planning a study trip to Berlin, capital city of Germany, for NGO members for purposes of providing capacity building training. GIZ and the Goethe Institute are further cooperatingin order to jointly provide capacity training to civil society organisations focusing on environmental issues in Khartoum. Capacity building workshops are currently planned.
3. Biosecurity: Jointly addressing common health threats:
Led by the German Federal Foreign Office, GIZ is currently conducting an exploratory mission with the aim of establishing a Sudanese-German Partnership in the field of biosecurity. The mission consists of experts from the German Federal Foreign Office, Robert Koch Institute and GIZ.
4. Darfur: German Support to the Darfur Development Strategy
GIZ is further assessing a project in Darfur, implementing the German pledges for supporting the Darfur Development Strategy. An exploratory mission had been in Khartoum in December 2013 and further missions are currently planned.
