هذه صيغة اتفقت لي لمناشدة منظمات الهلال والصليب الأحمرين وأطباء بلا حدود عرضاً لإغلاق مستشفيات بالعاصمة وربما غيرها دون الخدمة جراء فتك الجنجويد بضحايا الاعتصام والطاقم الطبي المعالج. وربما اضفتم منظمات أخرى لم تطرأ لي. وأعلم أن بينكم من يحسن عرض مثل هذه الوثيقة في الوسائط ويحشد النصرة لها.

I sorrowfully report to your esteemed organization the closing of some vital hospitals serving the capital city of Sudan because of the unrelenting barbarous attacks of the Janjaweed thugs in control of the city since the end of last May. These medical facilities ended put shutting because of the insidious forays of these thugs into their premises to punish the victims of the peaceful revolution afoot in the country since last December, and their medical personal who have been attending to them bravely and professionally in the most adverse conditions. Many of them ended victims themselves.
In bringing this medical predicament to your attention, I would urge you to condemn it unequivocally to knock sense into these Janjaweed thugs. Further, I would urge you to declare the medical situation in Sudan an emergency for you to deploy your resources and personnel. The Sudanese will be entering an open civil disobedience starting from Sunday May 7. One should expect the medical situation to worsen and put the life of victims and their healers in jeopardy.
