التقى السيد جمال الوالي ، رئيس جمعية الصداقة السودانية الاوربية والعضو في المجلس الوطني بسفير الاتحاد الاوروبي في السودان توماس يوليشنى . وأشاد السيد جمال الوالي بدور الاتحاد الأوروبي في دعم السلام والتنمية في السودان. وأضاف أن الفترة المقبلة يجب أن تشهد تكثيف للحوار الموسع بين السودان و الدول الأوروبية في جميع المجالات لزيادة تعزيز العلاقات والتفاهم المشترك. وأوضح أن دور جمعية الصداقة السودانية الاوربية ومجموعة الصداقة البرلمانية هو زيادة التفاهم المتبادل وبناء الثقة بين السودان وأوروبا من خلال العديد من الأنشطة بما في ذلك تنظيم يوم السودان في بروكسل. وأكد السفير توماس يوليشنى دعم الاتحاد الأوروبي للجهود الرامية لتحقيق السلام الشامل و الانتقال السلس إلى الديمقراطية والحكم الرشيد في السودان .
Gamal Al Waly: Political Dialogue is essential at this stage for strengthening relations between Sudan and Europe
Gamal Al Waly, President of EU-Sudanese Friendship group in the Parliament, President of the Sudanese European Friendship Association (SEFA) and President of Al Mareekh Football Club has received the European Union Ambassador Tomas Ulicny. At the meeting, Jamal Al Waly praised the role of the European Union in supporting peace and development in Sudan. He added that the coming period should witness intensification of extensive dialogue between Sudan and the European countries in all areas with aim to strengthen further the relations. He explained that the role of SEFA is to increase mutual understanding and to build trust between Sudan and Europe through many activities including the organization of a Sudanese Days in Brussels. Ambassador Tomas Ulicny reconfirmed European Union support to Sudan’s efforts to realize a comprehensive peace and smooth transition to democracy and good governance.
