تهنئ سودانايل الدكتور سلمان محمد أحمد سلمان لنيله زمالة الجمعية الدولية لمصادر المياه والدكتور من الكتاب الراتبين في سودانايل في منبر الرأي، لاشك أن نيل هذه الزمالة شرف ومفخرة للسودان. لأن التعيين زميلاً بالجمعية يتطلب الإيفاء بعددٍ كبيرٍ من المتطلّبات الدقيقة.
المفارقة أن صدور هذا القرار من الجمعية الدولية لمصادر المياه جاء في نفس الشهر الذي تمّت الإشارة إلى الدكتور سلمان من داخل السودان بواسطة المهندس كمال علي الوزير السابق للمياه بالسودان بأنه من حديثي العهد بالقوانين الدولية الذين جعلوا من أنفسهم خبراء عالميين.
