إلى كافة المنظمات الإقليمية والدولية المعنية بحقوق الإنسان والحماية الإنسانية: نتوجه إليكم بنداء إنساني عاجل لإنقاذ أرواح المدنيين العالقين والنازحين في السودان في مناطق شرق الجزيرة، يعاني هؤلاء المدنيون من أوضاع كارثية تزداد سوءًا يومًا بعد يوم، حيث أصبحوا في مواجهة مباشرة مع مخاطر جسيمة تتضمن نقص الإمدادات الغذائية والطبية وغياب المأوى الآمن وانتشار الأوبئة، إلى جانب التهديدات المستمرة التي تتعرض لها حياتهم بسبب العمليات العسكرية.
ندعو المجتمع الدولي، بقيادة منظمات الأمم المتحدة والصليب الأحمر والهلال الأحمر، وبالتعاون مع الاتحاد الإفريقي وجامعة الدول العربية، إلى التحرك العاجل وإطلاق عملية إنسانية تهدف إلى:
1. الإجلاء الفوري للمدنيين العالقين في مناطق النزاع هذه وتوفير ممرات آمنة تتيح لهم الوصول إلى مناطق آمنة تتوفر فيها احتياجاتهم الأساسية.
2. تقديم المساعدات الإنسانية الضرورية من غذاء ودواء ومياه نظيفة، وضمان استمرارها بشكل منتظم إلى حين إجلاء جميع المتضررين.
3. توفير خدمات طبية عاجلة للمدنيين المصابين والمرضى الذين تأثروا بالظروف الإنسانية القاسية، بما في ذلك فرق طبية متخصصة تعمل على الأرض.
4. دعم وحماية النازحين إلى أن يتاح لهم العودة إلى منازلهم في ظل ظروف آمنة ومستقرة.
نهيب بجميع الأطراف الدولية والإقليمية تضافر الجهود وإعطاء الأولوية لحياة المدنيين الأبرياء الذين تقطعت بهم السبل. إن سرعة الاستجابة لهذه الدعوة ستساهم في إنقاذ أرواح لا حصر لها، وستمنح هؤلاء المتضررين فرصة للنجاة والعيش بكرامة.
للتواصل والتنسيق بشأن هذا النداء الإنساني العاجل، نرجو من الجهات المعنية التواصل معنا (للمساعدة في عملية التنسيق) ومع المنظمات السودانية العاملة في هذا السياق لتوفير كل المعلومات اللازمة لتسهيل عملية الإجلاء.
ختامًا:
إننا نؤمن بأن العالم سيستجيب لندائنا الإنساني. وإن أرواح الآلاف من السودانيين على المحك ما يتطلب تضافر الجهود الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية.

Urgent humanitarian appeal
To all regional and international human rights and humanitarian protection organizations:
We appeal to you for an urgent humanitarian appeal to save the lives of civilians stuck in the areas of the current conflict in the Sudan in the eastern parts of GEZIRA. Those civilians suffer from catastrophic conditions that are worsening by the day. They are in direct confrontation with serious risks, including lack of food and medical supplies accompanied by disease outbreaks and lack of safe shelter, as well as the continuing threats to their lives posed by military operations from RSF.
We call on the international community, led by United Nations organizations, the Red Cross and the Red Crescent, in cooperation with the African Union and the League of Arab States, to act urgently and launch a humanitarian operation aimed at:
1. Immediate evacuation of stranded civilians from conflict zones and provision of safe corridors that allow them access to safe areas with basic needs.
2. Provide the necessary humanitarian assistance from food, medicine and clean water, and ensure that it continues on a regular basis until all those affected are evacuated.
3. Provide urgent medical services to injured civilians and patients affected by severe humanitarian conditions, including specialized medical teams working on the ground.
4. Support and protect displaced persons until they are allowed to return to their homes under safe and stable conditions.
We call on all international and regional parties to join forces and prioritize the lives of innocent and stranded civilians. The rapid response to this call will contribute to saving countless lives and give those affected an opportunity to survive and live in dignity.
To communicate and coordinate on this urgent humanitarian appeal, we request the relevant authorities to communicate with us (to assist in the coordination process) and with Sudanese organizations working in this context to provide all necessary information to facilitate the evacuation process.
Concluding:
We believe that the world will respond to our humanitarian appeal. Thousands of Sudanese lives are at stake and require coordination of national, regional, and international efforts.
