بيان الآلية الثلاثية بشأن مقتل أحد المتظاهرين بالأمس
تعرب الآلية الثلاثية عن حزنها العميق وأسفها الشديد لمقتل المتظاهر الشاب، عيسى عمر الباهي، أمس بالخرطوم. وتدعو الآلية الثلاثية إلى تحقيق ذا مصداقية في مقتل هذا الشاب لضمان محاسبة الجناة.
إنّ الروح التي أزهقت بالأمس مقرونة باحداث العنف المأساوية في كلّ من النيل الأزرق وغرب كردفان، والذي حصد بحسب التقارير أكثر من مائتي روح تشير بوضوح الي ضرورة التوصل لحل سياسي لانهاء الأزمة الراهنة في البلاد ويؤدي إلى تشكيل حكومة مدنية شرعية وإستعادة الأمن والنظام الدستوري ويضمن حماية المدنيين ويحقق العدالة للضحايا وأسرهم.
ومع حلول الذكرى الأولى لانقلاب 25 أكتوبر 2021، تحث الآلية الثلاثية قوات الأمن على ممارسة أقصى درجات الانضباط وحماية حقوق المتظاهرين في حرية التعبير والتنظيم والتجمع السلمي.
أي عمل عنف مرفوض ومن شأنه تقويض الجهود الرامية نحو التوصل لحل للأزمة السياسية في السودان. لذا نهيب بالجميع تفادي أي أعمال استفزازية.

Statement by Trilateral Mechanism on the killing of one protestor yesterday
The Trilateral Mechanism is deeply saddened by and regrets the killing of a young protestor, Issa Omer Al Bahy, in Khartoum yesterday. The Trilateral calls for credible investigation into the death to ensure perpetrators are held accountable.
The latest civilian life lost, coupled with the tragic episodes of violence unfolding in the Blue Nile and West Kordofan which have so far reportedly claimed more than two hundred lives, are stark reminders of the urgent need for a political solution that can finally end the current impasse in the country, lead to the formation of a legitimate civilian government, restore security and constitutional order, ensure protection for civilians, and bring justice for the victims and their families.
As we mark one year since the 25 October 2021 coup, the Trilateral urges the security forces to exercise maximum restraint and protect the rights of protestors to freedom of expression, association and peaceful assembly.
Any act of violence is unacceptable and will undermine the recent momentum towards reaching a solution to the political crisis in Sudan. Any provocations should be avoided.
