توصلت مسارات التقارب المدني السوداني، وهي مجموعة مستقلة تضم حوالي 40 فاعلا متنوعا من المجتمع المدني السوداني ، بعد أكثر من (6) أشهر من العمل الدؤوب والنقاشات المستنيرة، إلى صياغة رؤية أولية تشكل نقطة انطلاق للعمل المشترك، وتوحيد الصوت المدني السوداني المستقل حول مسار واقعي لوقف الحرب وإحلال السلام في البلاد.
وتمثل هذه الرؤية حصيلة حوار طويل هدفه الأساسي بناء الثقة بين المجموعات المدنية المختلفة، وتجاوز العزلة بين المبادرات، وخلق مساحة آمنة للنقاش والتقارب حول القضايا الجوهرية التي تهم السودانيين في الحرب والسلم. كما تتضمن هذه الرؤية قراءة وتحليلا لأزمة الوطن والحرب التي شارفت إكمال عامها الثالث والسيناريوهات المتوقعة، وما يمكن للفاعلين المدنيين القيام به بصورة مشتركة، بشكل تدريجي، وبما يراعي حساسية الواقع وتعقيداته.
وتعمل مسارات التقارب المدني، التي بدأ عملها منتصف العام الماضي، في الأساس على تمكين الفاعلين المدنيين من التنسيق وتطوير مقاربات قابلة للتنفيذ، والتقارب حول رؤية مشتركة للسلام، وخلق زخم لمسار يصنعه ويقوده المدنيون بدون اجندة حزبية، وبما يضمن إشراك أوسع طيف ممكن من الأصوات، وصولا إلى صوت مدني موحد حول وقف الحرب وبناء السلام المستدام يقوم على الثقة، وتعاون أكبر بين فاعلي المجتمع المدني السوداني.
وأكد المشاركون أن مسارات التقارب المدني ليست مبادرة جديدة، ولا تنظيما جديدا، ولا تهدف إلى تشكيل كيان سياسي جديد أو حركة جديدة، بل هي مجهود دافع إلى بناء الثقة واستعادة الثقة المتبادلة، ودعم العمل المدني المشترك والبحث عن أرضية مشتركة. وهدفها الأساسي هو التقارب بين المجموعات المدنية والمجتمعية المختلفة وتوحيد صوتها والتنسيق فيما بينها، وصولا لرؤية وصوت موحد لوقف الحرب، وإحلال السلام العادل الشامل، والمصالحة الوطنية، والدولة المدنية الديمقراطية في السودان.
وفي هذا الخصوص تعتزم مسارات التقارب خلال الأيام والأسابيع القادمة توسيع دائرة النقاش حول هذه الرؤية الأولية، وطرحها على القوى المدنية والمجتمعية والرأي العام السوداني، كجزء من عملية تشاورية أوسع، هدفها الوصول إلى حد أدنى من التوافق المدني حول أولويات وقف الحرب وبناء السلام، وبما يضمن أن يكون صوت المدنيين في الحرب والسلام ومستقبل السودان صوتا يملكه ويقوده ويصنعه السودانيون أنفسهم من القاعدة للقمة، بتشاور وشراكة واسعين في الريف والحضر.
يذكر أن مسارات التقارب المدني السوداني تضم نحو (40) مبادرة ومنظمة وكيانا مدنيا، إلى جانب فاعلين وفاعلات وأفراد مستقلين من المجتمع المدني السوداني العريض، يمثلون مختلف أنحاء السودان، بالإضافة إلى ممثلات عن المنظمات النسائية، والعاملين في المجال الإنساني، هذا إلى جانب ناشطين في المهجر، ونقابيين، وشباب، وإعلاميين.

The Sudan Civic Convergence Tracks, an independent group bringing together around 40 diverse Sudanese civil society initiatives, organizations and actors have, after more than six months of sustained work and in-depth discussions, developed an initial vision that serves as a starting point for joint action and for unifying the independent Sudanese civilian voice around a realistic path to end the war and build peace in the country.
This vision is the outcome of a long dialogue process whose primary aim has been to build trust among different civilian groups, overcome isolation between initiatives, and create a safe space for discussion and convergence on the core issues that matter to Sudanese people in both war and peace. The vision also includes an assessment and analysis of the national crisis and the war, which is now approaching its third year, as well as possible future scenarios and what civilian actors can do collectively, in a gradual manner that takes into account the sensitivity and complexity of the current reality.
The Sudan Civic Convergence Tracks, which began its work in mid last year, primarily seeks to empower civilian actors to coordinate, develop practical and actionable approaches, converge around a shared vision for peace, and generate momentum for a civilian-led, non-partisan path. It aims to ensure the broadest possible inclusion of voices, leading to a coordinated civilian voice for peace and reconciliation built on trust and stronger cooperation among Sudanese civil society actors.
Participants emphasized that the Sudan Civic Convergence Tracks is not a new initiative, not a new organization, and does not seek to establish a new political entity or movement. Rather, it is an effort driven by the need to build and restore mutual trust, support joint civilian action, and search for common ground. Its core objective is to bring different civilian and community groups closer together, unify and coordinate their voices, and work toward a shared vision and unified voice to end the war, achieve a just and comprehensive peace, advance national reconciliation, and establish a democratic civilian state in Sudan.
In this context, the Sudan Civic Convergence Tracks intends in the coming days and weeks to expand the discussion around this initial vision and present it to civilian and community actors, as well as to the broader Sudanese public, as part of a wider consultative process. The aim is to reach a minimum level of civilian consensus on priorities for ending the war and building peace, ensuring that the civilian voice on war, peace, and Sudan’s future is owned, led, and shaped by Sudanese themselves, from the grassroots to the national level, through broad consultation and partnership across rural and urban areas.
It is worth noting that the Sudan Civic Convergence Tracks brings together approximately 40 initiatives, organizations, and civilian entities, alongside independent actors from the broad spectrum of Sudanese civil society. They represent different regions of Sudan and include representatives of women’s organizations, humanitarian workers, activists in the diaspora, trade unionists, youth, and media professionals.
