إلى المناضلات من أجل السلام والحرية والمساواة
إلى أمهاتنا وبناتنا وشريكاتنا فى الحياة
إلى كل مناصري المرأة وقضاياها فى كل مكان
في الثامن من مارس 1975م , وإعترافاً بدورها فى حياة المجتمع ,
تبنت الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة فى المؤتمر المنعقد فى المكسيك, هذا
اليوم كيوم عالمى للمرأة , بناءً على إقتراح قدم من قبل إتحاد النساء
الديمقراطى العالمى , ليجسد تضحية العاملات اللاتى جازفن بحياتهن من أجل
عالمٍ أفضل.
يأتى الإحتفاء باليوم العالمى للمرأة فى هذا العام , وحواء السودان
لا تزال تعيش إنعكاسات الوضع السياسي والإقتصادى والإجتماعى المتردى بالغ
السوء , ونظام الخرطوم مستمر فى عدوانه وجرائمه بحق المدنيين العزّل خاصة
شريحة النساء فى دارفور وجبال النوبة والنيل الأزرق وشرق السودان وشماله
ووسطه , وفى قلب الخرطوم , ويستهدف المرأة كعنصر عبر الإغتصاب الممنهج فى
المناطق التى تشن فيها قوات النظام ومليشياته حروب الإبادة والتطهير
العرقى .
تذل المرأة داخل سجون ومعتقلات النظام , وتهان عبر القوانين المعيبة
التى تحط من قدرها وكرامتها وإنسانيتها مثل قانونى النظام العام
والطوارىء, وتتعرض لإبشع أنواع الإنتهاكات والتمييز من عنف جسدى ونفسي
ومعنوى , وتصادر حتى أحاسيسها ومشاعرها, وتجلد تحت دعاوى اللبس الفاضح
والخلوة غير الشرعية.
نثمن عالياً تضحيات المرأة السودانية ونضالاتها الكبيرة من أجل
الحرية والكرامة والمساواة علي إمتداد التأريخ السياسي للدولة السودانية
, ومقاومتها لكافة أشكال الإستبداد والتعدى علي حقوقها الطبيعية .
نخص بالتحايا والتبريكات : ستات الشاي وبائعات الكسرة واللقيمات و
التسالي والفول المدمس..ربات البيوت والعاملات فى المصانع و المزارع
ومجالات الرعى والموظفات فى الخدمات العامة..ضحايا العنف وحروب الإبادة
فى معسكرات اللجوء والنزوح..من يحملن الجراية والسلوكة وأطفالهن على
ظهورهن ..من يكافحن من أجل لقمة العيش لسد رمق الحياة..اللائي يقطعن
عشرات الكيلومترات لأجل جركانة موية وحطب الوقود..المعتقلات
والسجينات..الشهيدات الماجدات..ولكل من قاومن الإستبداد واللائي ساهمن في
نشر الوعى والإستنارة.
نحتفل باليوم العالمى للمرأة فى كل قطاعات الحركة العسكرية والمدنية
والمكاتب الخارجية والداخلية , إيماناً منا بقضايا المرأة ودورها فى
المجتمع والحياة , وإتساقاً مع مشروعنا السياسي الذى يسعى إلى إقامة
سودان علماني ديمقراطى ليبرالي فيدرالي موحد ,تكون فيه المواطنة هى
الأساس الأوحد لنيل الحقوق وأداء الواجبات , ويقر المساواة الكاملة بين
المرأة والرجل بلا تمييز على أساس النوع أو الجنس أو أى تمييز آخر, وتحمى
المرأة من كافة أشكال العنف الأسري والإجتماعى والإقتصادى والقانونى
والنوعى , ويرفع تمثيلها فى كافة المستويات السياسية والإجتماعية ومواقع
إتخاذ القرار بما يحقق إنصافها ومساواتها بالرجل والإلتزام التام بكافة
العهود والمواثيق الدولية التى تنص علي حقوق المرأة بما فيها إتفاقية
سيداو.
إنّ العالم وهو يحتفل بيوم المرأة العالمى مطالب بالوقوف مع المرأة
السودانية ومناصرة قضاياها العادلة في الحرية والكرامة والمساواة , وندعو
كافة نساء السودان والمعمورة وكل مناصري قضايا المرأة حول العالم بممارسة
الضغط علي نظام الإبادة والتمييز فى الخرطوم وفضح سلوكه وممارساته
وجرائمه بحق المرأة فى كافة المحافل الإقليمية والدولية , وإجباره على
إلغاء القوانين التى تنتهك وتحط من قدرها وكرامتها , وإيقاف العنف
والتمييز وسلاح الإغتصاب كوسيلة لإذلالها وكسر إرادة ذويها.
نحث المنظمات الدولية والنسوية بمساعدة المرأة السودانية لا سيما
فى مناطق الحروب التى يشنها النظام ضد المدنيين العزّل وفى معسكرات
النازحين واللاجئين , وتدريبها وتأهيلها لإنتزاع حقوقها المغتصبة.
إنّ تغيير هذا الواقع الأليم الذى تعيشه بلادنا والمرأة السودانية
, يتطلب الوحدة والتنسيق والتضامن بين كافة الكيانات التى تؤمن بضرورة
وحتمية التغيير , والعمل على إسقاط نظام البشير عبر كافة الوسائل المتاحة
وإعادة هيكلة الدولة السودانية وبناء دولة المواطنة المتساوية والحريات
الفردية والجماعية.
عاشت المرأة السودانية..وعاش نضالها

Statement from Sudan Liberation Movement/Army on Women Day
* To women who stands for peace, freedom and justice
* To our mother, sisters and wives who share life with us
*To all women rights in worldwide
-Due to the positive roles woman has played in human history; in 1975
the United Nations assembly in Mexico, adopted 8th of Mar of every
year to be the international day for women. The idea was proposed by
the Union of International Women for Democracy, to symbolize those
women who have dedicated their lives for better world.
International Women day this year came and Sudanese Eve lives the
negative reflections of the erroneous politics in Sudan; where she
lives the most worst political, economical and social deterioration.
However; in such dare situations the system in Khartoum has never
seized its crimes against innocent civilians in Darfur, Blue Nile,
Nuba Mountains, Eastern Sudan, North and center of Sudan and the
Capital city Khartoum; where women and the children forms the majority
of the victims.
In these crimes women are victimized through systematic rapes in
conflict areas in Sudan by Sudan Arm Forces and its pro-militias who
have committed genocide crimes and crimes against humanity.
On the other hand in Sudan women are detained in isolated cells, also
they are humiliated through laws called public laws whereby they are
restricted on their dressing code, their moves and with whom to
associate although they are punished physically if such laws are
disobeyed. Such violations of women rights caused moral and physical
damage for Sudanese women. Moreover; Sudanese woman is also a victim
of family desires whereby women are forced to marry who the family
love not whom the woman loves.
Nevertheless; Sudan Liberation Movement/Army appreciates the positive
historical role of Sudanese women and their struggles against
oppression and injustice for to bring peace, her innate right and
stability for Sudan.
Therefore; our gratitude, salutation and blessing goes to those women
who are victims of violent of genocide and confinement in IDPs camps
and refugee camps, women who sell on streets that include women who
are tea and coffee makers, food and vegetables sellers, house wives,
those who work in industries, on buildings, sweeping streets and
sisters in farms and those who herd cattle; hence all these women
struggle with their children in their back.
Today Sudan Liberations Movement/Army with its all sectors that
includes military and civil sectors celebrates the International Women
Day because of our believe in the roles of women in all human families
and societies and our organization in particular. The Charter of
International Women is in agreement with the vision of Sudan
Liberation Movement/Army that struggles for secular democratic liberal
Sudan where religion is separated from state affairs, and equal
citizenship rights is fully guaranteed where women and men are equal
on performance of duties and getting of rights.
Today the world is celebrating International women day because of
their believe in the rights of women worldwide, therefore; Sudan
Liberation Movement/Army appeals all peace loving people to stand on
the side of the Sudanese women on their struggle to get their freedom,
dignity and equality. Here also we appeal Sudanese women and the women
of the world to pressure and exposure the Sudanese genocide government
in Khartoum to stop the killing of the innocent civilians and to
abolish laws that violates women rights that includes use of rape as
part of warfare against the freedom fighters. Women should use
different regional and international platforms to fight the Islamic
regime in Sudan.
On the occasion we also appeal International Organizations and women
organizations to help and train Sudanese women especially those who
are caught up in war areas and IDPs camps to know women rights and
fight for it.
The painful status quo of Sudanese woman needs unity formation of
coalition and cooperation of all groups who believe in inevitable
change and work together for regime change by all means necessary and
to restructure Sudan to expand for all its citizens without
discrimination.
