سفير الاتحاد الاوربي في منزل الزعيم الازهري
اعلنت بعثة الاتحاد الاوربي في السودان: ان الاتحاد الاوربي خصص 80 مليون يورو لدولتى السودان وجنوب السودان. ويشمل المبلغ 50 مليون يورو للمساعدات الانسانية و 30 مليون يورو للمساعدات الغذائية.
وأكد سفير الاتحاد الاوربي توماس يوليشنى ان المساعدات سيتم توزيعها من خلال المنظمات الدولية لدعم المتضررين من النزاعات في السودان وجنوب السودان. وسيتم من خلال المساعدات دعم المشروعات المتعلقة بحالات الطوارى والمساعدات الغذائية وحماية المدنيين.
وأضاف سفير الاتحاد الاوربي توماس يوليشنى ان هذه المساعدات تأتى بعد سلسلة من الزيارات بين السودان والاتحاد الاوربي في شهرى يناير و ديسمبر الماضيين والتى من خلالها يؤكد الاتحاد الاوربي دعمه للسلام بين السودان وجنوب السودان وتحسين الوضع الانساني في المنطقة.
وقد حصل الاتحاد الاوربي على 12% من اجمالى 639 مليون يورو خصصت من الاتحاد الاوربي للمساعدات الانسانية في جميع انحاء العالم.
European Union embarks 80 million Euros humanitarian and food aid to Sudan and South Sudan
The Delegation of the European Union to Sudan has announced that an initial 80 million Euros will be allocated for Sudan and South Sudan. The amount includes 50 million Euros for humanitarian aid and 30 million Euros for food aid.
Ambassador Tomas Ulicny, Head of Delegation of the European Union to Sudan, confirms that the amount will be distributed through international organizations to support people affected by the conflict in both countries. The funding is earmarked for projects related to food assistance, emergency preparedness and protection of civilians.
The allocation was made following series of European Union visits in January and December, which according to Ambassador Tomas Ulicny, are part of the European Union’s effort and commitment to support the peace process between Sudan and South Sudan and to improve the humanitarian situation in the region.
Sudan has obtained 12 % of a total of 639.9 million Euros, allocated by the European Union for humanitarian assistance across the world.

سفير الاتحاد الاوربي في منزل الزعيم الازهري
قام سفير الاتحاد الاوربي توماس يوليشنى بزيارة أسرة ومنزل الزعيم الراحل اسماعيل الازهري اول رئيس وزراء في السودان. وقالت السيدة جلاء الازهرى أبنة الزعيم السودانى انها سعيدة باستقبال سفير الاتحاد الاوربي وأضافة امتنانها لاتاحة الفرصة لتعريف سفير الاتحاد الاوربي بتاريخ والدها تكريما له ولدوره الرئيسي في استقلال السودان والدفاع عن الحرية والديمقراطية.
وأشار السفير توماس يوليشنى عن سعادته لزيارة منزل الزعيم الازهرى ولقاء اسرته وعبر عن تقديره لدور الزعيم الازهرى في مرحلة الاستقلال وأضاف انه من خلال الصور والشرح الذى قدم له انه سعيد بدور القادة السودانيين في تعزيز قيم الحرية والديمقراطية في السودان. وشدد سفير الاتحاد الاوربي ان الحوار والمصالحة الوطنية مهمة في السودان لتحقيق السلام والاستقرار. وأكد السفير توماس يوليشنى عن دعم الاتحاد الاوربي للسلام في السودان والمنطقة.
European Union Ambassador visits the Family of Ismael Al Azhari
Ambassador Tomas Ulicny, Head of Delegation of the European Union to Sudan, visited the residence of the late Prime Minister of Sudan, Ismael Al Azhari and family. Ms Jalaa Al Azhari, daughter of Ismael Al Azhari, said she was honoured to receive the Ambassador of the European Union. She added her gratitude for the opportunity to share her knowledge about the history of Sudan and to honour the memory of her late father, who played a key role in the independence and enhancing freedom and democracy in Sudan.
Ambassador Tomas Ulicny noted his delight for meeting with the family of Ismail Al Azhari, the father of independence and first prime minister of Sudan. He added that through the photos and explanations provided, he was impressed by the role of Sudanese leaders in promoting freedom and democracy in Sudan. The European Union Ambassador stressed that national dialogue and reconciliation are important for the peace and stability of Sudan. Ambassador Tomas reiterated European Union’s commitment to peace in Sudan.
