شهدت مدينة ود مدني – وسط السودان خلال اليومين الماضيين (23 و 22 سبتمبر 2013) تظاهرات سلمية حاشدة، ضمن موجة الاحتجاجات الكبيرة التي تجتاح السودان اثر الاعلان الاستفزازي لقرار زيادة اسعار المواد البترولية و الغذائية الاساسية على لسان الرئيس البشير في خطابه الموجه للشعب يوم امس الأول. و قد تعاملت قوات الأمن و الشرطة و المليشيات المدنية التابعة لنظام المؤتمر الوطني بعنف بالغ مع هذه الاحتجاجات السلمية مما ادى الي سقوط 7 قتلى من المدنيين بالاضافة الي اعداد اخرى كبيرة من المصابين و قطع كلي للتيار الكهربائي عن اجزاء كبيرة من المدينة صاحبها اعتداءات و اقتحام لبيوت السكان في الاحياء المنتقضة فيما يبدو انه حملة انتقامية من قوات الأمن ضد المتظاهرين في المدينة لتخويف المدنيين من التعبير عن رفضهم لهذه القرارات. و فيما يلي نورد اسماء الضحايا الذين سقطو يومي امس و امس الأول:

6- منير أحمد (طفل)
7- فرح ايمن محمد (طفل)

10- يوسف انور
11- أمل منزر
12- أحمد عرابي
هذا المنهج الدموي من حكومة المؤتمر الوطني الذي درجت على التعامل به مع المظاهرات السلمية كما حدث في نيالا الاسبوع الماضي و كما تكرر قبلها في يونيو – يوليو العام السابق و في مظاهرات الديم و كجبار و بورتسودان يعبر عن المنهج الدائم الذي تتعامل به السلطة مع ابناء شعبنا و لن تضيع دماء هولاء الشهداء هدراً.

Regarding the bloody events in Wad Madni
The city of Wad Medani – central Sudan witnessed during the past two days (the 23ed and 22nd September 2013) huge peaceful demonstrations, among the wave of protests that is taking place in Sudan following the announcement of the decision to increase the prices of petroleum products and basic food items on the lips of President al-Bashir in his address to the people the day before yesterday. Security forces and police and the National Congress party (the ruling party) militia delat violently and brutally with these peaceful protests which led to the fall of 12 civilian deaths in addition to a large number of wounded, furthermore there was a total cut of power supply for large parts of the city accompanied by attacks and break into homes of population in the protesting niebourhoods which seems an apparent revenge campaign of the security forces against demonstrators in the city to intimidate civilians not to express their rejection of these decisions. This brutal bloody approach of the NCP government, by which it traditionally deals with peaceful demonstrations, as happened in Nyala-Western Sudan last week and also reiterates earlier in June-July last year and in dim area demonstrations and Kajabar and Port Sudan previously expresses the permanent course which government take in dealing with our people, which is criminal and not forgivable. We promise our martyrs justice for their bloods.
