تحمله على الكتوف
ورغم الملتوف
يحرق الوجوه والاكباد
ويسير غائراً في الجوف
ورغم الانتونوف
تثيرالذعر في الانسان والحيوان
وفي القلوب الخوف
سنظل صامدين

رغم الراجمات فوق رؤوسنا بالليل والنهار
تمطر القرى والنجوع والانهار
سنظل صامدين
لن ننهار

ورغم زخات المدفعية
ورغم طائراتك الشقية
ورغم الصواريخ بالستية
تمزق كل شبرفي البلاد
وتقتل العباد والعبّاد
ورغم الذخيرة الوفيرة،
اذ لا ينقطع المداد
سنظل صامدين
امة واحدة ليوم الدين

ورغم حذاؤك المشئوم
تطئ به وجوه القوم
ورغم التقتيل كل يوم
ورغم الاغتصاب
ورغم ما تلبسه المغتصبين من القاب
ورغم دعمك السخي لهذا العمل المشين

ورغم ما تلقاه الفتاة من اذلال
ورغم ما بها من الاغلال
ورغم انتهاك أعراضهن
وما يجري عليهن كلهن
سيظللن صامدات
وسيصبحن امهات
وينجبن أجمل الاولاد والبنات

رغم ما يلحق بهن من اذية وخسر

رغم كبريائك المغرور
وقد تكسرت منهن الضلوع
وجفت الشفاه وعزت الدموع
رغم الجراح الغارات
سيظلل الطاهرات
للظلم قاهرات
وسيظللن امهات
وسيظللن صامدات

رغم ما جرى للحرائرالعذارى
سيظللن في طهر لا يجارى
وينجبن البنين والبنات
ليبقى نسلهن الى الابد
رغم ما عانين من كبد

ورغم الرعب تسقطه مجاناً على الصغار
من البنات والاولاد
في الليل والنهار
محرومين من جرعة الحليب
ومن لعب الاطفال
ورغم ما تأتي به من الافعال
سيظلوا صامدين
ورغم الاذلال للرجال والنساء على السواء
ورغم ما تفعله من الاعمال في السر والخفاء
ورغم الخوف تضخه كالدم في الشريان
تبثه في كافة البلدان
على الشيب والفتيان
سيظلوا صامدين

ورغم قساوة الامطار
رغم الجوع والامراض والاعسار
ورغم الألم المبين
سنظل صامدين

رغم الكذب الصراح
ورغم ما تبثه من النباح
في الليل والصباح
ورغم ما تلوث لنا من عرض
ورغم تجريفك المضني للحياة فوق الارض
ورغم الدمار تفقر به التراب
سنظل صامدين ضد ما تريد من خراب

ورغم ما نجنيه من تعب
ورغم بطشك بلا حدود
رغم الرصاص يحصد الناس كالمطر
لا يبقي على الارض ديّاراً ولا يذر

ولن نستشعر الخطر

ببذور الحب وننجب الأبنات والاولاد
وسيكثر الحصاد
وسيزهر الرمان والزيتون في سفوح (مره)
وستزهر الحياة مرة والف مره

سنقاتل من اجلها القضية
ستظل دارفور ابداً قوية
برجالها ونسائها تحقق الندّية
يتطلعون الى صباح ياتي بالامل
وسيظلوا صامدين بالعمل

رغم الدبابة تفتك بالعزل كل حين
ورغم ما تضخ من مالك اللعين
ورغم افتقارك للحكمة الجلية
ورغم الغباء المستبين
سيظلوا صامدين بكل كبرياء
ويحققوا العزة بالحرية الحمراء
ويزرعوا الرخاء
وسيظلو صامدين
رغم الكلاشنكوف على الكتوف
ورغم الملتوف ورغم الانتونوف
ستظل دارفورعصية قوية
وستظل حرة ابية
وسيظل اهلها صامدين
على مدي السنين
رغم أنفك سنزرع البلاد
ببذور الحب وننجب الأبنات والاولاد

Shattering villages day and night

Despite your missiles
Tearing every mile on the land

Despite your arsenal of ammunition
We stand a one nation

Despite the systematic rape of girls

Despite the honor bequeathed on the rapists
for their deeds
