أوقفوا هذه الحرب! دعونا نتعلم كيف نعيش في سلام ووئام

الناس يقتلون الناس في كل مكان في السودان الحبيب بلا استثناء شمالا شرقا وغربا...... طبول الحرب مدوية وتقرع بعنف. لقد أصبح العنف والانتقام والاستغلال والتمييز والأحقاد والعداء والإرهاب مفردات يومية في بلدنا
أين الاخبار التي تبشر بخير يأتي؟
هل ضلت البشرية طريقها؟
هل فقدنا حكمتنا؟ هل لدينا حكمة من أصله؟
هل فشلنا في ترويض الوحش بداخلنا؟ هل فقدنا السيطرة على أفعالنا وردود أفعالنا؟ هل استسلمنا للشيطان فينا؟ هل فشلنا في كبح جماح الذات والنفس الامارة بالسوء التي تطلب منا وتوسوس لنا أن نكون أشرارًا؟ ألسنا مؤتمنين على هذه الأرض ومطالبين بالحفاظ عليها آمنة ومأمونة؟ أليس السودان أرضنا الجديرة بالحماية براً وبحراً وسماءً؟ ألسنا مدينين لها على الأشياء الجيدة العديدة التي فعلتها لنا من التعليم والصحة والأمن؟ ألا يمكننا أن نكون شاكرين؟ "بلادي وان جارت على عزيزة وأهلي وان ضنوا على كرام"

لم تنس الإنسانية الحربان اللتان شنتهما ذات مرة وخلفتا لسنوات حزنًا وألمًا ومعاناة لا توصف. يخبرنا التاريخ، إذا قرأناه بشكل صحيح، أن تأجيج نيران التعصب والكراهية والغطرسة يؤدي إلى الدمار
النار التي نشعلها ستحرقنا أولاً. هذه المجزرة التي تدور الان في وطن كان امنا بالأمس يجب أن تتوقف فوراً وبأي ثمن. من يربح المعركة فهو خاسر شاء ام ابى. لقد كان خطئا أخلاقيا وغير مقبول لكل ذي عقل بناء ناطحات سحاب على أنقاض شعبك، ورجال بلدك، وعائلاتك، وأقاربك. وليعلم الجميع ان أرواحهم المحتضرة ستحملك المسؤولية أمام الله إلهنا العادل والعادل في السماء يوم لا ينفع جيش ولا قبيلة ولا رهط وكل اتيه فردا
ما أجمل لغة ديباجة ميثاق الأمم المتحدة! إنه يجسد أحلام جميع البشر، بغض النظر عن الأمة، أو اللون أو العرق أو الدين "نحن شعوب الأمم المتحدة قد عقدنا العزم على إنقاذ الأجيال المقبلة من ويلات الحرب، التي جلبت مرتين في حياتنا حزنًا لا يوصف للبشرية.. ولقد عقدنا العزم لممارسة التسامح والعيش معًا في سلام مع بعضنا البعض كجيران، وان نوحد قوتنا للحفاظ على السلام والأمن الدوليين"
خلاصة القول يمكننا التخلص من العديد من المشاكل إذا فكرنا كعائلة عالمية واحدة، تحت سماء واحدة، تتقاسم أرضًا واحدة. لماذا لا نستبدل الكراهية بالحب والصراع بالانسجام والحرب بالسلام؟ بدلاً من تصعيد الأعمال العدائية، دعونا نعلى قيم التسامح والصفح والمساندة. يجب على أولئك الذين لديهم فضل زاد ويملكون أن يساعدوا أولئك الذين لا يملكون حتى نتمكن من تجفيف مستنقعات الفقر والاستغلال التي تولد مشاعر مريرة من الكراهية وربما الإرهاب
قالها صادقا الدكتور الشهير مارتن لوثر كينج، "لا يمكن للظلام أن يطرد الظلام؛ فقط الضوء يمكنه فعل ذلك. الكراهية لا تستطيع إخراج الكراهية. فقط الحب يمكنه فعل ذلك"
دعوا صرخات الموتى الذين حصدت ارواحهم البريئة بنادقكم ان تجلب الرحمة لقلوبنا، وتوقظ الضمائر النائمة من ثباتها، وتساعد في تكبيل المتوحش الذي بدواخلنا. دعوا السلام يسود. ارضا سلاح ولتسكت طبول الحرب إلى الأبد!

Stop this War! Let us learn to live in Peace and Harmony

People are killing people everywhere in our beloved Sudan. The drums of war are loud and clear. Violence, vengeance, exploitation, discrimination, grudges, hostilities, and terror have become everyday vocabulary in our country.
Where is the good news?
Has humanity lost its way?
Have we lost our wisdom? Do we have any in the fist place?
Have we failed to tame the beast within us? Have we given over control of our actions and responses to evil? Have we submitted to the devil(satan) within us? Have we failed to curb the self that asks us to be vicious and evil? Aren’t we entrusted with this earth and asked to keep it safe and secure? Is not Sudan our land that deserves to be protected land, sea, and sky? Aren’t we indebted to it for the many good things it did to us, education, health, and security? Can’t we be thankful?

Humanity has not forgotten the two wars it once waged that left untold sorrow, pain and suffering for years. History tells us, if we read it right, that fanning flames of prejudice, hatred and arrogance leads to destruction.
The fire that we fan, will burn us first. This massacre, this war must stop immediately and at any cost. Whoever wins it, is a loser. It has been immorally and ethically wrong to build skyscrapers on the ruins of your own people, your country men, families, and relatives. Their dying souls will hold you accountable before the chief of chiefs, our fair and Just God high in heavens.

How beautiful is the language of the U.N. Charter’s preamble! It captures the dreams of all humans, regardless of nation, color, race or religion: “We the people of the United Nations have determined to save succeeding generations from the scourges of war, which twice in our lifetime has brought untold sorrow to mankind … to practice tolerance and live together in peace with one another as good neighbors, to unite our strength to maintain international peace and security.”

Many problems could be done away with if we think like one global family, under one sky, sharing one earth. Why can’t we replace hate with love, conflict with harmony and war with peace? Instead of escalating hostilities, let’s escalate tolerance and forgiveness. Those who have should help those who have not to drain the swamps of poverty and exploitation that breed bitter feelings of hatred and maybe terrorism.
Dr. Martin Luther King famously said, “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hatred cannot drive out hatred; only love can do that.”

Let the cries of the dying bring mercy to our hearts, awaken consciences, and help handcuff the brute within us. Let peace prevail. Let the drums of wars be silenced forever!
